Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you, receive the last item in your order. The withdrawal window extends over weekends and public holidays.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You can start a return or cancellation request directly through your account at https://account.theblueshadme.com.

Returning Your Items

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We will refund the standard delivery cost of your original order — we do not refund premium or express delivery upgrades.

Exemptions

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. As some of our products are printed to order, these items may be exempt. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.
